The Association of Business Executives (ABE) diploma programmes at CTS College provide a versatile pathway for individuals seeking to initiate their journey into Business, Human Resources, or Marketing or aiming for better career prospects. Regardless of your background, the ABE programme accommodates diverse needs. ABE is a professional membership body and an examination board and CTS College offers three distinct ABE pathways: Business Management, Business Management & Human Resources, and Business Management & Marketing.

Each pathway within the ABE programme comprises three levels: Level 4 Foundation Diploma, Level 5 Diploma and Level 6 Diploma. The programme offers multiple entry points, welcoming fresh CXC graduates or mature candidates. An additional advantage is the issuance of a certificate upon completion of each level. Upon achieving the ABE Level 5 Diploma (RQF) or Level 6 Diploma, students can seamlessly progress to the final year of the BA (Hons) Business Administration or pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at CTS College. CTS College provides flexible class options, including Saturday, evening, and day classes, demonstrating a commitment to delivering relevant, recognised and respected qualifications. Entry Requirements

Diploma Level 6	ABE Diploma Level 5 OR A UK Degree or equivalent OR Three years supervisory/managerial work experience (with reference letter from employer or employers) OR Other recognised qualifications from approved Institutes of Higher Education

ABE PATHWAYS

Schedule

The accelerated learning model allows students to achieve their qualifications in the shortest possible time. This has become popular amongst many undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. CTS College will be delivering the ABE RQF programme using the accelerated model of 3 semesters per year, with each semester running for a duration of 3 months. This allows students to finish a level in as little as 6 months (2 semesters). For students who wish to progress at a slower pace, the semester system allows them them the flexibility to study just one unit at a time and finish a level in 18 months.

The ABE semester system works as follows:

In Semester A, tuition is offered for assignment units, while in Semesters B and C tuition is offered for assignment and examination units. This structure allows a student to start in any semester (A, B or C) and complete the programme in the next semester, thereby completing the programme in just 2 semesters.

Assessments

Units are assessed based on assignments and/or examinations. Assignments may be submitted in any of the three semesters (A, B or C), however examinations are only held at the end of Semesters B and C.

In order to submit an assignment or examination, students must register with ABE and submit their relevant assessment documents to CTS College.

Grading Scheme

Students are awarded grades based on the following guidelines:

54% - 69%	Merit
40% - 54%	Pass
0 - 39%	Fail

Fees & Discounts

Fees are payable to CTS College and ABE, and can be paid per semester. Students are only required to pay for the units that they are enrolled in. The following is a breakdown of the relevant fees:

Discounts Available

CTS College is committed to looking after the best interest of all students. As such, CTS College is offering a discount of 50% off tuition to any student who is repeating a module in the ABE programme (regardless of which institution you attended). Payment plans would also be availabe to these students.

Level 5 – $700.00 Per Unit
Level 6 – $800.00 Per Unit

Payment Plans

Students can be given a payment plan where an initial downpayment is made, with an arrangement for the remaining balance to be paid over the next two months. Please feel free to contact us to discuss a payment plan customised for you.
