Level 2: Ai Chatbots For Business Efficiency

The Enhancing Business Productivity with AI Level 2 course at CTS College (AI Chatbots for Business Efficiency) is designed to empower participants with the knowledge and tools needed to build intelligent chatbots that streamline business processes, enhance customer engagement and improve operational efficiency.

This hands-on certification program introduces learners to modern chatbot platforms, large language models and conversational design techniques that drive productivity. Participants will learn how to automate routine tasks, handle customer queries and build chatbots to be deployed on WhatsApp, Messenger, websites and other digital channels.

Whether you're a business professional, operations manager or IT specialist, this course will equip you with the skills to design, deploy and manage AI-powered chatbots that boost efficiency and create real value in the workplace.

Delivery Mode

Online Classes

Levels 1 and 2 of this programme will be delivered via live online classes. Students will be provided with a link to join the class as well as other relevant instructions at least one day before the start of each class. These classes are also recorded - therefore students have the option to review the course content as often as they like.

Assessment

Students would be required to complete the following:

Level 1 Assessments

  • Weekly practical assignments (based on course content)
  • Final business simulation project (AI Copilot Blueprint)

Level 2 Assessment

  • Final practical assignment – Capstone Project

Certification

In order to receive the CTS College certificate of completion or participation for this course, students must attend a minimum of 75% of classes and pay any outstanding fees. Where applicable, students who do not meet the necessary assessment requirements, but attended the required number of classes would receive a CTS College certificate of participation.

In order to start the programme at any of the levels, students must pay a minimum of 50% of the cost of the level they enrolled for before the first class.

With over 10 years of experience in the IT field, Mr. Felix has led numerous digital transformation projects across industries.
