Entry Requirements

Applicants may start at this level provided they satisfy at least one of the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 A Levels or equivalent (or higher) OR
  • At least two (2) years’ relevant work experience in a business environment OR
  • Completion of the CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations programme at CTS College OR
  • CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations (Certification from CIPS)

Schedule

  • CTS College will be offering classes for 12 credits per semester (either one 12-credit module or two 6-credit modules)
  • 12-credit modules are held on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • 6-credit modules are held on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (1st module) and Saturdays from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm (2nd module)
  • Duration: 6 Saturdays

Assessments

Students are required to write either an Objective Response [OR] or Contructive Response [CR] exam for each completed module.

Objective Response [OR] - Single, short questions that requires the candidate to choose or type a response to the question where the correct answer(s) are predetermined. These are auto marked. There are typically 15 available sitting options per OR exam during the OR exam week.

Constructive Response [CR] - Constructed response questions require the student to ‘construct’ a response to the question, such as an essay, by typing their response. There is only one sitting for a CR exam during the CR exam week.

How To Apply

Registration for the Diploma in Procurement and Supply Level 4 programme is a 2-step process:

Registering with CTS College

Students must register with CTS College each semester in order to undertake tuition. Registration is done at the CTS College administration office.

Registering with CIPS

Students must also register with CIPS before they can undertake any CIPS examination. Additionally, students will be required to pay an annual subscription fee each year to renew their CIPS membership. Membership with CIPS also allows students access to CIPS online resources which will be useful for examination and continued professional development.

Payment by credit card will be required for your application to be processed. If you do not have a credit card please contact CTS College’s administrative office for assistance. Forms are also available at CTS College’s administration office, where students can receive further assistance.
