"As a parent, I wanted to create a school that I would want my child to attend. One that is safe, fosters a child’s curiosity, empowers him/her to learn and to think outside of the box, values the child, coaches and motivates the child, fosters interaction with other students, teaches morals and values, encourages creativity and innovation, is fun, and gives the child all the tools they need to succeed." - Ravi Ragoonath, CTS College Executive Director
CTS College Private Secondary School is ideal for students enrolling in forms 1 to 5 who are eventually seeking to write the CSEC exams. Over the years, we have listened to the concerns of many of our students, parents and employers and we tried to create a school that addresses these concerns. As a parent, it is difficult to motivate our kids to learn and therefore we expect more from our institutions; we are concerned about our child’s safety and the lack of communication and interaction with the school. Employers are concerned that the wave of employees are highly qualified yet are unable to add value to the workplace. Students are often affected by absenteeism amongst teachers, bullying, poor quality of teaching, lack of proper examination preparation as well as lack of proper support mechanisms at the school to assist students with different learning needs. We wanted to create an environment that made learning fun, which encourages our child to think, to learn, to grow.

Here are some of our student profiles:
My name is Reshma Dubar, I am 23 years of age. I am presently a housewife with a husband and 2 kids. I graduated from secondary school in 2011 with 4 CXC subjects. I decided to attend CTS College to gain 2 more CXC subjects on September 2017. In 2018 I have gained those 2 subjects both with grade one's thanks to my dedicated teachers, now I am motivated to move forward in starting my degree in Business Management, through the ABE program offered at CTS. At CTS College my teachers were very punctual, pleasant and willing to work with students after classes, to ensure their success, also if a problem arises a member of their friendly staff is always available to help.
My name is Emily Bridglalsingh. My experience with CTS College has always been a positive experience, from the teachers and staff members, to the security and janitorial staff. They treated me as family and showered me with a tremendous amount of support and kindness. They encouraged me to do my best and try harder still! They truly live up to their motto! “Where education is beyond the academics.”
My name is Peter Medina. I appreciated the teaching style and approach of the teachers. I transferred from a public school to attend CTS College, where my performance increased significantly.
My name is Sanjay Bridglalsingh. My experience at CTS COLLEGE was a great experience, staff members & teachers of CTS were always positive and supportive of me and the teachers made the classes fun and enjoyable!!!
My name is Hannah Kangoo. Being a student at the CTS College has thus far been an astonishing journey. I began in the year 2017 and have managed to excel at three core CSEC subjects as well as a short course in the field of ICT. The qualified, competent and accommodating staff mentor students not only in their respective fields but aims to provide holistic development for students as an individual.
My name is Mary Reece. I am a past student of CTS College, where I obtained my CXC passes. My motto is 'No Less Than My Best' and at CTS College, my teachers ensured that I did just that. It was a difficult task-working shift and going to school, but I never gave up and came out successful. If I can do it, I am sure that you can too. Thanks again for the support that I acquired from CTS and all whom helped me.
