On the night of the 11th December, 2015, the graduating class of 2015 along with the AIB Alumni and members of staff of CTS College assembled at the residence of the Academic Director of CTS College. It was an evening of elegant wear, clear skies filled with beautiful music and lots of gift giving. MBA graduate and CEO of the Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board, Mr. Suruj Ragoonath, gave an introduction to the night’s events, blessing the food with an opening prayer and cemented the difference that the AIB MBA programme has made on his life and the life of those he has impacted. Tables were set, decorated in red and white with poinsettias, and dinner was served. It was a night that provided guests with a range of Christmas dishes, decadent desserts and a range of beverages.
As guests mingled with classmates and staff, they were serenaded by a local vocalist, Mr. Joel John as Christmas melodies pervaded the crisp night’s air. Professor Rod Oxenberry from the Australian Institute of Business, Dr. Nathan Baddoo and Dr. Susan Martin representing the University of Hertfordshire were present, warmly greeting the guests. ABE prizes were presented to World Prize winners and their respective lecturers. Gifts of appreciation were distributed to faculty and members of staff. The night was one that reflected on the hard work done throughout the year and the accomplishments that were earned.
