CTS College Business and Classes are Online while our Office remains Closed until 7th June, 2020

CTS College is moving all of our services online as we comply with the Government’s declaration of reduced movement from March 30th to June 7th. Our staff and lecturers will be safely ensconced in their homes away from the pandemic of Covid-19 but able to provide full support to our students and customers.

This is a continuation of our actions to cancel all face-to-face classes, and now as a non-essential service, we would close our office until June 7th, 2020 in order to align ourselves with containment efforts as guided by the Ministry of Health.

We care for the health and safety of all members of our family. Therefore, we urge all of you to fully abide with the Government’s directives and stay at home. However, while you are at home, you can continue your studies because we have moved our classes to the Zoom platform. This system is quite user-friendly and is at no additional cost to you.

In our 20 years of business we have weathered many storms and as we join government in doing all we can to address this pandemic, we intend to continue to provide the excellence in service that we are so proud of. 

Below are some frequently asked questions which should help you to navigate the next few weeks:

Q: Who do I contact if I have a question?
A: Although the office will be closed, students can call or email their programme managers, or they can call these numbers to reach us: 757-6662 and 757-8869. Additionally, students may email their requests to Study@CTSCollege.com.

Q: Since the office is closed, how do I register for a programme or course?
A: Students can still register for an upcoming programme or course by sending an email with the programme details along with their contact details to Study@CTSCollege.com.

Q: How do I pay student fees since I can’t come to the office?
A: Payments can be facilitated via the following methods:

1. Via Online Banking

Students can pay directly to our account using their online banking facility (this facility may not be available by some banks).
The payment should be made as follows:

  • Bank: First Citizens Bank
  • Account Number: 1397019
  • Account Holder’s name:  CTS College of Business & Computer

2. At any branch of First Citizens bank

Students can visit any branch of First Citizens Bank to make the payment.
The payment should be made as follows:

Q: What do I do after I pay?
A: Please email proof of payment (a copy of the receipt) to CTS College via email: Study@CTSCollege.com
AT ALL TIMES STUDENTS ARE ASKED TO ENSURE THEY RECEIVE A RECEIPT FOR THE PAYMENT OF THEIR FEES.

Q: How do I participate in the online classes on Zoom?
A: After registering for a course, you should receive an email from your Programme Manager with a link to the online meeting (along with the meeting date and time and duration). Simply click on the meeting link and follow the instructions. Click here to see a video on how to join a Zoom meeting.
