In today’s world, more and more businesses and individuals are embracing social media to promote and market a product/service (or themselves), engage with customers, gauge consumer trends, and offer customer support and services. Social media platforms are great tools; however, many persons are not equipped with the knowledge of how to write for specific social networking sites.
We will also examine explore how writing for social media differs greatly from traditional media, as well as how to keep the attention of your audience and how to engage them.
This course is designed to keep up with trends as social media is constantly evolving, so you can beat the competition in your next online post and get the attention you deserve.
This course is ideal for those who are responsible for creating online content for their organisation, whether they come from a marketing background or not. Attendees are welcomed from across all industry sectors.
