This course is designed to help all individuals develop technical skills to use the platform, build content and then market that content on TikTok. From generating fresh new ideas to videography, this course will optimize your potential for connecting and building the relationship with your audience.
Students will develop their own process for generating fresh ideas. Topics such as community relevant ideas and creating content around controversial issues will be explored. Suveer will share his tips on generating ideas that are marketable, where to find inspirations and overcoming creatives blocks. The core message of this class circles around generating purposeful content that aligns with your individual/business marketing strategy.
Students will be introduced to the technical skills of developing their characters, engaging the audience, researching for the plot and writers habits that all come together to create and amazing screenplay. Aspects of dialogue, punchlines and hooks will be explored to generate captivating content
Filming is an art, this class balances creativity with technical skill. Students are introduced to software and apps that enable videography, the use of lighting, angles and set dressing to create quality content. This practical session will serve as an introduction to the best filming techniques for TikTok.
Editing is critical in the creation process. It changes a raw video to standout content. Students will be guided through the best apps for editing videos and photos. The art behind editing will be explored through fun, creative exercises and intuitive experience sharing. The different types will be practiced.
TikTok is a powerful application and is the most downloaded software in the world. To avoid content getting lost Suveer teaches tips and techniques that beat the algorithm. From the use of filters, trending songs, captions, hashtags and even the best time to post, these tips enable your content to stand out from the competition.
This class focuses on the pre-production and post-production administrative requirements.. In these courses TikTok is manipulated as a tool for marketing in a business. Creating content that aligns with your marketing plan will be taught. The idea of organic marketing though product placement and other techniques will explored. Monetizing content and avenues to becoming a professional content creator are discussed.
All final video will be presented and critique in this interactive session. The entire class will be invited to give constructive criticism and the top rated video will be featured on Suveer’s TikTok page

This coursed will be graded through a practical assignment. At the end of the course student will be expected to deliver three (3) videos which will be critiqued by the entire class. The top-rated video will be featured on Suveer’s TikTok page and the owners account will be tagged.
