Overview

This is a comprehensive programme developed to train and prepare persons to be successful and effective Supervisors and Managers in the workplace. It is structured to cover the 10 key areas of Leadership and Management and its purpose is to teach the attendees the principles of effective leadership but more importantly, how to apply those principles in real-work situations. Additionally, this programme focuses on participants developing their own leadership style and using it to their advantage.

Assessment

Exam(s) and Assessment

The course combines a number of teaching techniques including lectures, class discussions, group work assignments, oral presentations, role playing, and a course project that will utilize many of the principles learned.

Oral Presentation

Each student will be required to deliver oral presentations as part of this class.

Shamdaver Ganesh

Mr. Ganesh is a Performance Coach, Author, Seminar Leader, and Keynote Speaker.

He has done studies in Leadership, Marketing, Theology, and Human Behaviour. He is an alumnus of Queen's Royal College and Caribbean Union College.

Mr. Ganesh has worked in various industries including Information Technology, Pharmaceutical, and Banking. His experience includes technical, customer support, sales, and executive management His true passion, however, remains teaching and empowering others to personal success through self-improvement and management.

He has written over 150 newsletters in the areas of Performance and Relationship Development and has featured as a consultant on both Radio and TV talk shows.
