Introduction to Self-Management is a 3 in 1 programme that covers integral personal and professional development components including Stress Management, Time Management & Goal Setting and Career Development.

Mrs. Gabriella Roberts-Burke

Gabriella Roberts-Burke is a Professional Development Facilitator and Educator. She has over 2000 contact hours facilitating Professional Development and Life skills courses to adults for the last seven years. Her passion lies in people development and empowering others through education. She is equipped with a Master of Education (Youth Guidance) and a first degree in Psychology minors in Communication Studies and Human Resource Management. An enthusiastic and effervescent educator, she goes above and beyond to ensure her students reach their full potential.
