This course aims to complement the hard skills of formal training (eg., an MBA) with an executive presence, both of which synergize to tap into and manifest an individual’s potential— personally and professionally.

Assessment

Participates will be awarded a certificate based on minimum 70% attendance (weighted 10%), participation in the sessions (weighted 10%), and a five-minute video with them presenting on executive presence (weighted 80%)

On Completion

Students will receive a certificate of completion.

Facilitator

Dexter Emrit is a Human Resource Consultant & Corporate Trainer who helps organizations and leaders to capitalize on their greatest asset and competitive advantage: the right people.

Dexter has worked for over twenty years as an Executive Human Resource Manager in various sectors including hospitality, manufacturing, and distribution.

His experience as an MBA lecturer spans almost ten years and he has sustained an excellent pass-rate and an exceptional student satisfaction index. As a Consultant, Dexter specializes in transforming organizations, building a culture of productivity, profitability, integrity, and accountability. He is very passionate about leadership and Human Resource Management.

Mr. Emrit is also a motivational speaker and published author. His books: (1) ‘Awakening the Spirit…You Can’ and (2) ‘I Decide What I Become’ were published in 2009 and 2010 respectively.
