These classes are also recorded - therefore students have the option to review the course content as often as they like.

Students would be required to complete the following assessment(s) for this course:

In order to receive the CTS College certificate of completion or participation for this course, students must attend a minimum of 75% of classes and pay any outstanding fees. Where applicable, students who do not meet the necessary assessment requirements, but attended the required amount of classes would receive a CTS College certificate of participation.

Mrs. Ragbir-Ramdial holds a B.A. Honours degree in Business Management and is passionate about business and teaching. She has over 15 years of experience in Administration and at the age of 23 was promoted to Manager at one of her former workplaces. She created history when she accepted the post by becoming the company’s first female and youngest Manager. It is there where she began her successful career in Business Management.

She is vastly qualified and experienced in Business Management, Human Resource Management, General Management, Accounting, Customer Service, Administration, Managerial Leadership and Educational Psychology.
