This course will be delivered via live online classes. Students will be provided with a link to join the class as well as other relevant instructions at least one day before the start of each class. These classes are also recorded - therefore students have the option to review the course content as often as they like.

Certification

In order to receive the CTS College certificate of completion or participation for this course, students must attend a minimum of 75% of classes and pay any outstanding fees. Where applicable, students who do not meet the necessary assessment requirements, but attended the required number of classes would receive a CTS College certificate of participation.

This course is offered at the affordable price of $500. In order to start the course, students must pay a minimum of 50% before the first class.

Gail Pettier, a Software Training Specialist, currently serves as a Software/Technology Consultant at CTS College. In addition to her role at the college, she freelances as a Graphic/Web Designer and Writer, showcasing her versatility in the tech and creative domains. Recognised as an effective team player, Gail is celebrated for her creativity, flexibility, sense of humor, pride and unwavering company loyalty. Her skills encompass time management, interpersonal relationships, teamwork and a strong commitment to moral and ethical standards.

Gail's aspirations include fostering a friendly and casual work environment, leading a talented team and tackling cutting-edge technical challenges. She aims to focus on building social platforms tailored for leaders in both educational and corporate environments, demonstrating her dedication to innovation and excellence.

Stacy Ramparas
With a 20-year teaching career at CTS College, Stacy Ramparas has been delivering a spectrum of Information Technology courses, including short courses like Computer Literacy and Microsoft Office. Armed with an associate degree in computer science and diverse IT certifications, Stacy's impact is evident in the 13 world-class prizes her students secured in exams for the Association of Business Executives.

She has played a pivotal role in the success of CXC programme participants, spanning adults, repeaters and first-time students, emphasising her commitment to holistic development. Currently serving as a part-time teacher/facilitator, Stacy is passionate about educating and uplifting others, earning praise from students for her patience and excellent course delivery. Her dedication lies in motivating and encouraging students to excel, with the primary objective of imparting skills and knowledge. Stacy eagerly looks forward to continuing the educational journey, supporting students in achieving their goals and realising their full potential.
