  • Understand the importance of conducting thorough market research to ensure you have a product that is a demand and is solving a problem
  • Differentiate between target audience and niche
  • Carry out market research to solidify the business idea

Module 2: Finance

  • Understand the different ways to price the product (s) and choose the best method for your business
  • Learn how to manage cash flow so that the business can sustain itself
  • Know when to order new stock and how to accurately account for inventory and value it
  • Learn how to accurately budget for sales, expenses, profits and returns.
  • Gain hands-on experience on bookkeeping so that reports can be built from the data
  • Build financial reports so that you can understand the business performance in greater detail

Module 3: Strategies

  • Differentiate between organic and paid marketing
  • Understand the key elements of organic marketing and practice each
  • Learn what is Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and how to utilize it
  • Understand the importance of Hashtags and know how to use it.
  • Learn the code of ethics for each online platform (FB, IG, Pinterest, GMB, Tik Tok, Clubhouse)
  • Learn to use Facebook Business & Ads Manager for paid ads
  • Instagram and Facebook Shop
  • Learn to setup Google ads
  • Establish a strong online presence
  • Content Creation using Canva, Videos and Reels for 365 days
  • Understand the importance of branding and its impact on packaging
  • Learn how and when to sell

Module 4: Implementation

  • Apply the strategies developed
  • Analyze the outcomes
  • Practice A/B Testing to solidify the strategies for your business
  • Interpret analytics and use the data to grow the business

Module 5: Business Structure and Legalities

  • Understand the different business structures
  • Gain greater insight on the applicable taxes and penalties
  • Learn ways to legally reduce the tax liabilities
  • Learn how to compute taxes

Delivery Mode

Online Classes

This course will be delivered via live online classes. Students who have successfully enrolled in the course will be provided with a link to join the class as well as other relevant instructions at least one day before the start of the class. These classes are also recorded; therefore, students have the option to review the course content as often as they like.
